SHARENET and EUREKA: the main references in Knowledge Management


Included among the solutions invented by the two founders of the AGiLiENCE Group are the award- winning EUREKA application and the widely known SHARENET.

EUREKA, a solution used to increase productivity in Xerox mobile customer service, and for which Xerox has received the “Knowledge Company of the year”-award, is connecting more than 24,000 Xerox service technicians worldwide through an offline system with very efficient synchronization.

SHARENET has originally been deployed at Siemens for supporting more than 15,000 sales people in their day-to-day project work, in telecom solution projects around the globe.
