Air Fryer FrozenBreakfast Sausage
Today we’re going to be sharing with you cooking air fryer frozen breakfast sausage patties.
It is the first time I have ever seen them for sale here in Portugal and it will be nice to experience something completely new for breakfast in our Air Fryer.
I mentioned this to Dominic and he pointed out that it is not our first time enjoying breakfast sausage patties and that we had them many times when we stayed at Disney World.
It is just back then, it was part of a quick breakfast in a hurry so I wasn’t really paying attention to what the food was called that I was eating.
Backthen I remember queuing for breakfast. You went into the food hall and likeeveryone else in the queue you wanted your breakfast FAST sothat you could get on the bus to the park and enjoy all the wonderful featuresthat Disney World had to offer.
Thefood hall would be busy and then we would have to think quickly of what we wouldorder for Kyle.
Here wewere in America and Kyle had an issue with eating eggs. No allergy he justhated them and didn’t want eggs to be near him unless they were part of cakebatter.
Youlooked up at the menu and it was egg everything and, in the end, we would givehim our breakfast burger and a few of our breakfast potatoes.
Wellthat is where the inspiration comes from for todays air fryer frozen breakfastsausage patties.
What wethought was American burgers for breakfast, were breakfast sausage patties andwe loved them back then, so it is a chance to have a trip down memory lane to2012.
Can You Air FrySausage Patties?
Many of you are probablywondering if you can air fry sausage patties and if the air fryer is the rightplace for them.
Well you can air fry your sausage patties and they taste DELICIOUS in the air fryer.
You can air fry them from either frozen or fresh and cook them with your other breakfast favourites in the air fryer at the same time.
You could also buy fresh breakfastsausages, prep them for future breakfasts and then freeze them for later.
Air Fryer SausagePatties + Breakfast Potatoes

Our air fryer breakfast sausages are even better thanks to the addition of our air fryer breakfast potatoes.
Our air fryer breakfast potatoes have become a firm reader favourite and we thought if we are going to cook air fryer breakfast sausages, then even better with the addition of crispy potatoes that are served with bacon.
Afterall, breakfast is just not the same unless you have sausage and bacon, right?
The method for cooking both the frozen breakfast sausage patties and the crispy breakfast potatoes is to have the breakfast sausages sitting on the potatoes.
It makes the breakfast potatoes even more flavoursome because the juices from the breakfast sausage patties sit on the potatoes and it puts them in a totally different league.
Then whenyou need to shake your breakfast potatoes during cooking you can remove the breakfastpatties, give the potatoes a shake and use this opportunity to flip thebreakfast sausage patties so that both sides have the chance to cook and crispup.

How Long To AirFry Sausage Patties?
Air frying sausage patties doesn’ttake long at all. We cooked both air fryer sausage patties and air fryer breakfastpotatoes together and it took us JUST 17 minutes.
Along with 5 minutes of prep for preparing the breakfast potatoes that is less than 25 minutes for a delicious cooked breakfast in the air fryer.
Even better, you can make ahead the air fryer breakfast potatoes the night before and then all you do in the morning is place the prepped potatoes and the frozen breakfast sausage patties into the air fryer.

Notes
If you don’t want breakfast potatoes and just want your frozen breakfast sausages, then you can cook the breakfast sausages for less. You would still cook your breakfast sausages for 12 minutes at 160c but then you would only need a further cook of 2 minutes at 200c.
It is essential that you shake your breakfast potatoes during cooking. Otherwise they will stick together and be dry and not crispy.
